Ingredients:
½ cup epsom salt
½ cup powdered milk
2 tablespoons loose peppermint tea leaves (or 2 peppermint tea bags)
8 drops of peppermint essential oil (optional)

Instructions:
Mix epsom salt and powdered milk in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of loose peppermint tea leaves or cut open 2 peppermint tea bags and place the contents in the bowl. Add 8 drops of peppermint essential oil (optional). Stir all ingredients to mix well. Transfer to an airtight jar and store it for future use.

To enjoy the homemade foot soak, add ½ cup of peppermint and milk foot soak to hot water. Soak for 15 to 20 minutes to refresh and revitalize tired, aching feet.

Leave in for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Enjoy a glass of wine and read a book while you wait. Rinse out in the shower. Shampoo hair and condition as usual.
